First of all darling, know this. I have 20 years of photography experience, and then a few more as a brand strategist. I didn't jump into the personal brand photography with AI because it was fun (it is) but I did it because it will allow me to create incredible likeness at a fraction of the price of a real photoshoot.

And throughout my careers my my philosophy, both with traditional Photoshop and now with AI imagery, is never to deceive. Enhance? Sure but never to deceive.

While significant alterations are and were ALWAYS possible, I believe in maintaining integrity. Minor edits to enhance impact? Absolutely. But changing your appearance beyond recognition? Never.

The same principle applies to AI images I create for clients. They're meant to be fun, creative, and full of possibilities, not a replacement for your true self.

For my brand and my clients, I strive to ensure the final AI images are a true and close representation of you.

While it's always fun to keep an element of secrecy and mystery while I am creating images, you will NEVER be shocked by an unrecognisable result; instead, you'll be delighted by the amazing outcomes.

Throughout the Envisioned process, you guide the outcome. I'm the facilitator, your partner in this creative journey, ensuring the end results align with your expectations and brand identity.

Each path offers a curated selection of images (both of you and branded 'stock' imagery) tailored to the specific impact you wish for your brand. While an unlimited supply of images might seem beneficial, it often leads to decision fatigue. As a seasoned brand strategist with a keen eye for impactful visuals, I focus on providing you with bespoke imagery that aligns with your brand's desired impact. This approach is designed to streamline your decision-making process. Having said that each creative style level comes with an initial set of images to allow for flexibility and creation styles.

Spark Starter: You get 20 images per month on an on-demand basis (subject to terms and conditions)
Strategic Visionary: 30 batched images per month (delivered all at one time)

Flex Creator: You have the choice to get 20 batch images and 10 on-demand requests per month.

You will have more image options than the allotted downloads per month so you get to decide which ones you want, and you also have the posibility to add more images as needed.

The images within the "Brand Experience", include both virtual portraits designed to reflect your likeness and on-brand stock imagery. These images are delivered monthly and serve as in-between visuals to maintain your brand’s presence. Typically, you’ll receive three to five (virtual portraits) images per month.

The add-on Personal Brand Photoshoot, however, is a more comprehensive and planned session. It is akin to a traditional personal brand photoshoot but executed virtually. This involves a detailed planning process to ensure the images align perfectly with your brand’s vision and goals. It is an additional service designed to provide a more extensive and cohesive set of branded images crafted to tell a visual story through Visual Magnets. These are typically what you would expect to see in website and branded assets for major brand launches or refreshes. As with any professional photoshoot, as the photographer, I retain all rights to the images created.

You will be granted a non-transferable, non-commercial license. This means the images are licensed exclusively to you for personal and business branding purposes.

Limitations:

- Under this license you may not sell the images directly or use them as the primary selling point in products. For instance, if you plan to use any image on merchandise, an additional commercial license is required.

- You may not use your licensed images for your clients' projects. However, you can participate in my affiliate program. When your clients sign up for Envisioned through your referral, you will receive rewards.

Permitted Uses:

-You are allowed to use the images as supplementary content. For example, in PDFs, Canva templates, and other materials where the image is not the sole or main focus.

Envisioned follows a structured quarterly process, delivering all images in a single batch. The timing of this process is influenced by your input.

Here’s a breakdown of the timeline: (Sample of 3 month (minimum) commitment).

1) Onboarding and Preliminary Work: Upon joining, you’ll complete an onboarding form providing details about your brand. This is essential for tailoring the imagery to your needs.

You have the flexibility to take your time with this, but remember, the sooner you complete it, the quicker I can proceed.

2) Kickoff Meeting: After you completing the preliminary work we will meet within the first two weeks of the month you join. This meeting is critical for finalizing the details and moving into the production phase.

3) Image Delivery: Post the kickoff meeting and a round of image/direction approval, your images will be ready for delivery between the 20th and 25th of the month.

PLEASE NOTE: It is important that you keep in mind that I recommend planning a 30-day lead time from the intended date of image use/need to ensure timely delivery.

In summary, the speed at which you provide the initial information and schedule your kickoff meeting influences the overall timeline. In essence if I get all from you, you will receive all your images within the first month of joining Envisioned!

Refunds are ONLY possible 24h after purchase. After the process has already started, no refunds will be available.

Envisioned operates on a minimum three-month commitment to ensure maximum value for both you and the service. While you can cancel the service at any time, please be aware that refunds are not available due to the nature of this 90-day commitment and upfront work and deliverables.

If you decide not to renew after the initial period, please note that there is a 30-day notice required prior to the end of the current three-month cycle. This policy helps me maintain a high standard of service and allows for effective planning and resource allocation.

Add-ons are useful extras that you can add to any and all levels depending on your needs. For example you can add (at any time you need it) an in Person Brand Photoshoot to your Essentials subscriptions. You can of course upgrade to another tier as well. This modality ensure that you pay ONLY for what you need WHEN you need it.
